Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
*Gift card promotion is valid from 05/12/2026-06/30/2026, and bonus codes can be redeemed on bookings occurring between 07/01/2026 - 09/30/2026 at U.S. Sandbox VR locations excluding excluding Cincinnati, OH, Fort Myers, St. Petersburg, & Miami, FL. Bonus codes will be issued via email to the address used for the gift card purchase and expire at 11:59pm PST on 09/30/2026. To redeem, visit SandboxVR.com and use the “gift card/bonus code” button at checkout.
Both gift cards and bonus codes are redeemable at their monetary value, non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value, except as required by law. They may not be resold, duplicated, or copied, and Sandbox VR reserves the right not to honor items purchased from third-party sources. Sandbox VR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift card or bonus code numbers. The risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon electronic transmission of the gift card or bonus code to the recipient. May be subject to change without notice.
Gift Card Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Gift cards are nonrefundable. Lost, misplaced, or stolen Gift Cards are non-refundable, replaceable, nor valid.
