All plans include unlimited weekday play (Monday–Friday) at your Home Location, up to two sessions per day (subject to availability), 20% off party & event bookings, and 15% off food & beverage.

3-month commitment: $64.99/month plus applicable taxes (available as monthly payments or full upfront payment)

3. Enter your membership email address in the "Add a Sandbox VR Unlimited Pass" section. Note: the email address is case sensitive. You must enter you email the exactly how it was entered when purchasing the pass.

4. Complet Checkout

Your eligible weekday sessions will automatically be recognized and the discount will be deducted from your booking.

3-month & 6-month: You can’t cancel during the initial term. After that, your membership continues month-to-month and you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your billing cycle. The Unlimited Summer Pass is not eligible for cancellation and does not renew after the 3-month term.

After your initial term, your membership automatically continues month-to-month at the then-current rate unless you cancel.

Cancel online via our cancellation portal or email Sandbox VR. Please submit at least five (5) days before your next billing date to avoid another charge.

Yes - all the plans, including the Unlimited Summer Pass, 3-month and 6-month plans include Bring-a-Friend. You may bring one guest free per visit, subject to availability at your Home Location.

Your pass is valid at participating Sandbox VR locations. The Unlimited Summer Pass is accepted at participating Summer Pass locations, while the 3-month and 6-month Unlimited Passes are accepted at participating Membership locations. See the Terms of Service for the full list of participating locations.

The pass is valid Monday–Friday during regular business hours. Weekends, holidays, and posted blackout dates are excluded.

Single-player play is available by joining an existing public session. Private sessions require at least one additional paid ticket unless covered by your Bring-a-Friend benefit.

Pausing isn’t available. You can switch plans at the end of your current billing cycle (plan changes are available after completing your initial term).

We’ll email a reminder before your 6-month term ends and before any changes required by law. Month-to-month continues automatically each month until you cancel.

Member discounts can’t be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.

No. Sandbox VR gift cards cannot be used to purchase the Unlimited Membership Pass or the Unlimited Summer Pass. Gift cards may still be used toward eligible experiences, food & beverage, and other qualifying purchases where accepted.
