Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
Gift card promotion is valid from 12/05/26 to 30/06/26, and bonus codes can be redeemed on bookings occurring between 01/07/26 and 30/09/26 at UK Sandbox VR locations only. Bonus codes will be issued via email to the address used for the gift card purchase and expire at 11:59pm GMT on 30/09/26. To redeem, visit SandboxVR.com and use the “gift card/bonus code” button at checkout.
Sandbox VR reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice. The risk of losses passes to the purchaser of the Gift Card upon the electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the recipient. Sandbox VR prohibits copying or duplication of Sandbox VR Gift Cards. Both gift cards and bonus codes are redeemable at their monetary value, non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value, except as required by law. They may not be resold, duplicated, or copied, and Sandbox VR reserves the right not to honor items purchased from third-party sources. Sandbox VR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Card numbers. Gift Cards are redeemable at the monetary value. Gift cards are only valid at U.K. locations. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards will expire and become non-redeemable 12 months after the purchase date.
Gift Card Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable. Lost, misplaced, or stolen gift cards are non-refundable and not replaceable.
